Swedish massage- This relaxing, stress-relieving massage is perfect to combat tension. Light to medium pressure is applied, combined with some more therapeutic work on problem areas as needed.

Deep tissue massage- Therapeutic strokes such as trigger pointing and muscle stripping are combined with medium to deep pressure massage to help relieve knots, tight muscles and injuries. Although this massage can be intense, pressure can be modified to your comfort level.

Service Enhancements- Increase the relaxation and therapeutic benefits of your massage with the addition of one or more of these add-ons. $5 each.
Hot stones- The warmth of the stones deeply relaxes muscles in your problem areas and allows for a deeper, more therapeutic massage.
Aromatherapy- Essential oils are diffused in the room and added to your massage cream to enhance your mood. Essential oils can calm, energize, warm or relieve sinus pain and pressure.
Peppermint foot oil- Add peppermint oil to the foot massage portion of your service to cool and invigorate tired feet.

Desk job massage- Upper body massage to relieve tense neck and shoulders, followed by a deep arm and wrist massage to combat carpel tunnel symptoms.
Feet lover's massage- We can spend extra time pampering those feet!

Scalp massage- Love your head rubbed? We can pay extra attention to your face and scalp.
